As SBD accelerated its Industry 4.0 transformation, a critical gap emerged: nobody knew exactly what was on the plant floor. This is the story of how we built a unified OT asset CMDB grounded in ISA-95, structured around the Purdue Reference Model, and aligned to ServiceNow's Common Service Data Model.
